Our supervisors have both SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualifications. Training needs are identified on an ongoing basis. We believe a fully trained and motivated workforce is vital to the job quality. To this end we have a training matrix and regularly review individual training requirements in accordance with our overall company requirements. We believe that our people are our most important asset. All members of our team are directly employed although we have built up a reliable network of sub-contractors that match our own high standards for some specialist works.
